Digverso

Terms of Use

Updated on October 17, 2026

This is a translation for convenience. The original terms, in Portuguese, are the ones that apply: digverso.com.br/termos.

The essentials

Digverso is an augmented reality app for children: the child colors a drawing on paper and the app brings that drawing to life on the screen.

At school, it is used with the access code the school purchased. At home, some drawings are free, and the others are part of the optional Digverso at Home subscription, bought and charged through the App Store or Google Play.

The subscription renews automatically every month until it is canceled, and it is canceled in the device's app store.

Who offers the app

Digverso is offered by DIGVERSO LTDA, registered in Brazil under CNPJ no. 40.436.745/0001-12, based in São José da Lagoa Tapada, Paraíba, Brazil. For anything about these terms, including questions and complaints about the app, write to contato@digverso.com.br.

By using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy (digverso.com.br/en/privacy). Because the app is made for children, these terms are accepted by the responsible adult: the school, for use in the classroom, or the parent or guardian, for use at home.

How the app can be used

  • With the school code. The code is given to the contracting school and is valid for its classes, for the period and under the conditions of the contract with the school. It must not be shared outside the school community.
  • With the Digverso at Home subscription. It unlocks the home drawings in the store account used to buy it.
  • For free. Some drawings open for anyone, with no code and no subscription.

The drawings need to be printed: the pages are on our website. The app needs a camera and a compatible device, and it needs internet to download each drawing the first time.

The app can be downloaded in the countries where the stores offer it, in Portuguese or English, following the device's language. The pages to print are the same in every country and carry their text in Portuguese.

The Digverso at Home subscription

  • Price and billing. The price is the one shown on the subscription screen, provided by the store, in your country's currency. Billing is done by Apple or Google, in the device's store account, when the purchase is confirmed.
  • Automatic renewal. The subscription is monthly and renews automatically, with a new charge, until it is canceled. To stop it from renewing, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation. It is done in the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play; the app's "Manage subscription" button takes you there. After you cancel, the drawings stay unlocked until the end of the period already paid for.
  • Refunds. Refund requests follow the rules of the store where the purchase was made (Apple or Google), which is the one that processes the payment. This does not limit the rights provided for in Brazil's Consumer Protection Code or, if you live outside Brazil, the withdrawal and refund rights granted by the law of your country.
  • Where it is valid. The subscription is valid in the store account where it was bought. A purchase on iPhone is not valid on Android, and vice versa. On another device with the same account, use "Restore purchases". Use the account that made the purchase (the Google account on Android, the Apple account on iPhone): the subscription is not shared with the family group in either store.
  • Without internet. Home drawings that were already downloaded keep opening without internet for a few days after the store last confirmed the subscription.
  • School code and subscription together. The school code already unlocks all the drawings. If the family also subscribes, the store keeps charging for the subscription until it is canceled; the app lets you know when this happens.
  • Price changes. If the price changes, the store notifies subscribers before the new charge, according to its own rules.

What we expect from users

  • Use the app and the drawings for personal, school and non-commercial purposes.
  • Do not copy, resell, redistribute or modify the app, the characters, the animations or the drawings, and do not try to get around the subscription or the content protection.
  • Do not share the school code outside the school community.
  • Stay with the child while the app is in use, especially when the camera is used on the move.

Content and intellectual property

The app, the characters, the illustrations, the animations, the sounds and the pages to print belong to Digverso or to those who licensed them to us. The pages can be printed as many times as needed for personal or classroom use.

The drawings catalog may change over time: new drawings come in, and a drawing may be removed or replaced. When that happens, the subscription keeps giving access to the current home catalog.

Availability and liability

We work for the app to run well, but it depends on the device, the camera, the lighting, how the page was printed and the internet. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may pause it for maintenance and updates.

To the extent permitted by law, Digverso is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights provided for in Brazilian law.

If you downloaded the app from the App Store

If the app was downloaded from Apple's App Store, these conditions also apply:

  • These terms are between you and Digverso, not Apple. Digverso, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
  • You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
  • Digverso is responsible for maintaining and supporting the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance or support.
  • If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
  • Digverso, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection or privacy laws.
  • If a third party claims that the app, or your use of it, infringes their intellectual property rights, Digverso, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
  • You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • When using the app, you must comply with any applicable third-party terms, such as those of your internet plan.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, once you accept them, have the right to enforce them against you.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the date at the top is updated. Relevant changes are announced in the app or on our website before they take effect.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you use the app as a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction. If you live outside Brazil, nothing in these terms takes away the protections that the law of your country grants consumers and that cannot be waived by contract.
